1. General provisions

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Timelapsify.io platform. By using the Platform you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Definitions

Platform - the Timelapsify.io web service enabling automated timelapse creation from RTSP cameras.
User - an individual or legal entity that has registered an account on the Platform.
Account - an individual password-protected account on the Platform.
Service - the set of features provided to the User under their chosen subscription plan.

3. Registration and account

Registration requires an email address and password, or sign-in via Google. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. The Operator may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to:

Use the Platform in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.
Not take actions that disrupt or damage the Platform.
Not process personal data of third parties without their consent.
Keep your account credentials confidential.

5. Subscription plans and payments

The Platform offers free tiers (14-day trial, Free plan) and paid plans (Starter, Pro, Unlimited). Fees are charged in advance through Stripe. Prices are in USD and exclude VAT.

6. Trial period and cancellation

New users receive a 14-day Starter trial with no credit card required. After the trial, the account downgrades to the Free plan. You may cancel at any time; paid features remain active until the end of the paid period.

7. Liability and limitations

The Operator makes every effort to keep the Platform available but does not guarantee 100% uptime. Maximum liability is limited to the fee paid by the User in the last billing month.

8. Intellectual property

All rights to the Platform belong to the Operator. Users retain full rights to video content generated using the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms. Users will be notified at least 14 days before changes take effect by email.
